Prices and payment

The prices of the products are those that appear on swom.dk at the time the order is placed.

Price error

If a price is clearly incorrect and you should reasonably have discovered this, we are not obliged to supply the product in question at the incorrect price.

Reservations

In the event of a delay, backorder or out-of-stock items, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible and what we can do about it – for example, offering to give you your money back.

All product prices on swom.dk are valid until changed. Prices are stated in Danish kroner including 25% VAT and excluding any delivery costs.

SWÖM ApS accepts payment with the following credit cards: Dankort, VISA/Dankort, EURO/MASTERCARD, VISA/Electron and MobilePay.

Value Certificate

If at the time of ordering it is stated on the website that you are purchasing a Value Certificate, this means that you are purchasing a voucher that can be converted into the relevant item (SWÖM) when the item is ready for delivery. You will be contacted directly before the item is ready for delivery, where you can choose the color and size of the item. If we cannot reach you when we contact you to confirm the color and size of the item, we may be forced to cancel your voucher and return the full amount of your order to you.

During the period between the purchase of the voucher and the delivery of the product, you can cancel your order at any time by contacting info@swom.dk and stating your order number and expressing your wish to cancel the order. When canceling the order, you will receive a full refund of the order amount.

Reservation of amount in connection with purchase of voucher

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be reserved on your card or account until:

1) We deduct the amount when we ship the item, or

2) the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.

We do not charge card fees.

Order confirmation

You will receive an electronic order confirmation, with a unique order number, as an automatic approval of your purchase. This contains a specification of the goods that have been ordered, the buyer's contact information, payment method, and the full amount of the goods including any delivery costs.

If you wish to contact us regarding a completed order, please provide your order number for more efficient service.

It is recommended that you review your order confirmation immediately and contact SWÖM ApS as soon as possible if it contains discrepancies or errors. The order confirmation is valid unless you object in writing immediately after receiving the order confirmation, as orders are packed and shipped as soon as possible after receipt.

Shipping and delivery

SWÖM ApS delivers nationwide, to all bridged islands. As standard, we DO NOT deliver to non-bridged islands, please ask for a price.

SWÖM ApS offers delivery with delivery to a private address or with delivery to a pickup location of your choice. You will receive information regarding delivery and pickup options directly from the courier via the contact information you provide when using your voucher.

The expected delivery time for orders at warehouses within Denmark is 1-3 working days.

Orders are delivered by PostNord with/without delivery or GLS with/without delivery.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at swom.dk. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the deadline has expired.

This can be done, for example, by sending us an unambiguous message via e-mail to info@swom.dk, specifying which goods you wish to return. Use the standard cancellation form to specify exactly which goods you wish to return.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised after receipt of the order, but also before. This can be done by refusing to receive the product upon home delivery, or by failing to pick up the order at the parcel shop. In both cases, it is a requirement that SWÖM ApS receives clear notification of the buyer's withdrawal.

Please note that used goods cannot be cancelled/returned.

Right of withdrawal for gifts

If your right of withdrawal concerns a gift that has been purchased and given to someone else, the gift recipient can contact us via email: info@swom.dk with the order number of the order. The same rules for the right of withdrawal apply to gifts. See the Standard Withdrawal Form.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have made a purchase consisting of several items, you have the option to return one, several or all of the items in the order in question. It must be made clear which items you wish to return before the items are sent back. Please note that SWÖM ApS only covers the shipping costs for a single return shipment per order. You cannot get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

Cancellation period for orders sent in multiple deliveries

If you have ordered multiple items in one order, which are delivered individually or in multiple shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item. If the agreement involves the delivery of items over a specific period, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item or package.

Return

When you buy goods on swom.dk you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Before the deadline expires, you must have contacted us regarding your wish to return via info@swom.dk. After receiving the request to exercise the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to send the desired goods back to us, you can for example use the return label that you receive by email.
The return costs 50 DKR, which will be deducted from the order when it is refunded (if you use our return label). Regardless of how you choose to return, you must pay for the package to be returned yourself.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address.

You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us and are therefore also liable if damage occurs during transport. It is therefore important that the return shipment is packaged responsibly. It is also a good idea to save your postal receipt and tracking number.


The condition of the item when you return it

If the product has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

Complaint

The Danish Sales Act's rules on defects apply to purchases of goods. When you shop at swom.dk as a consumer, you have a right to complain for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either have the goods repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

If the defect has occurred as a result of negligent use, incorrect maintenance, or is simply a natural sign of wear, your right to complain is waived if the product has had the durability, robustness and properties that can reasonably be expected.

You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” and immediately after you discover the fault. If you make a complaint within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

To complain about an item, please contact us at info@swom.dk so that we can process your complaint. Please provide a detailed description of the problem with pictures.
Example of what a detailed description should contain at a minimum:

• 2-3 pictures of the error from different angles.

Should the package or its contents be damaged upon arrival, you are encouraged to report it to the courier immediately, or preferably two days after receipt. We always pack all items carefully, thereby minimizing any possible damage.

Customs and VAT

If your order is placed from an EU country, you must pay Danish VAT, but no customs duties, cf. EU rules for customs on goods traded within the EU.

 In order to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

Privacy Policy

SWÖM ApS is committed to protecting your privacy. All information you provide to us is received securely through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). We need the following information when you shop with us: name, address, telephone number and email address.
We register and disclose your personal information in order to deliver the product to you. The personal information is registered with SWÖM ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

The data controller at swom.dk is SWÖM ApS.

You always have the right to send us your objections to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act. Inquiries in this regard should be sent to info@swom.dk.
