About SWÖM
Who is SWÖM intended for?
SWÖM is designed with children's safety and freedom in the water in mind. SWÖM is intended for children who have been introduced to the water and no longer use fins and other traditional floatation devices. SWÖM can therefore be used by children even after they have learned to swim.
Why do I need SWÖM for my child?
We know from first-hand experience how quickly and silently a child can go underwater - especially after they have stopped using fins. SWÖM automatically inflates if the child goes 50 cm. below the surface for more than 8 seconds. Even if your child is wearing SWÖM, you should still exercise normal parental supervision.
What sizes can I get SWÖM in?
We produce SWÖM in sizes 3-10 years. You can choose your desired size when ordering your SWÖM and see a size guide here.
Can I use SWÖM multiple times?
Yes, you can! Once SWÖM has been inflated, you can make it ready for use again by replacing the inflator in your swimsuit - it takes just a few minutes.
How does it work?
When does SWÖM inflate?
Inside SWÖM is a very precise depth sensor that constantly monitors the child's position in the water. If the child goes 50 cm below the water surface for more than 8 seconds, the built-in inflator inflates the swimsuit.
Why 50 cm and 8 seconds?
SWÖM inflates if your child has been 50 cm below the water surface for 8 seconds. This allows most children to move freely on the surface and to some extent dive below the surface.

How do I order?
Can I order SWÖM now?
Yes, you can! You can purchase a Value Certificate here at a great discount, which you can turn into a SWÖM when we are getting ready for delivery .
We expect to deliver later in 2025.
Can I change the size and color before my order is delivered?
Yes, you can. Just write to us at info@swom.dk or fill out the contact form here .
Can I risk losing my money if I purchase a Value Certificate for SWÖM now?
We have made sure that you have the best possible conditions and that your money is safely reserved in a closed account that we do not have access to until you have received your order. We have made it as easy for you as possible by having the best possible trading conditions you could possibly imagine, namely:
- When purchasing a Value Certificate, the money is reserved in your account via PensoPay.
- The reserved money will only be paid to SWÖM ApS when the product is ready for delivery - and if you have not canceled your order prior to delivery.
- You can cancel your order at any time prior to delivery and receive a refund.
- After delivery of the product, the general right of withdrawal and return applies (14-day free return policy)
