The SWÖM swimwear has a built in depth sensor which constantly monitors the user in water. If the
user is submerged too deep for too long the suit will automatically inflate.
If your swimwear has been inflated you can simply re-arm it by inserting a new inflator filled with CO2 gas.
You should change the inflator/CO2 cartridge every second year. If your swimwear has been inflated
you should replace the inflator.
After each use thoroughly rinse the product in fresh water and hang to dry. You can also hand-wash
the product using normal detergent. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron.
No, our swart swimwear provides bouncy on-demand only if it detects that the user was submerged
for too long. Swöm is designed to protect your children when they are swimming and playing in the
water, as opposed to a life-vest which aim to protect the user when they are outside of water. The
inflation mechanism in the Swöm swimwear is triggered by the user being submerged for too long, as
opposed to contact with water, which is common in inflatable life-vests.
